Why Am I Not Receiving Email from NACC?

If you are not receiving emails from NACC, here are some issues and potential fixes:

  1. If you’re using Outlook and your Inbox is separated into Focused and Other tabs, Outlook may be filtering the NACC email into the Other tab. You can train the filter to leave emails from NACC in the Focused tab by finding an email from NACC in the Other tab, right clicking on it, and selecting “Always Move to Focused.” Select Yes in the prompt to always move email from NACC to Focused.

  2. Your institution may filter emails from NACC into your Spam folder. Check your Junk Email/Spam folder for NACC emails. You can “whitelist” emails from NACC by following these directions.

  3. Confirm you’re subscribed to NACC emails. You may have previously unsubscribed from the NACC email list. To make sure you are subscribed:
    1. Verify that your email address is correct in your NACC Member profile.
    2. If you believe you unsubscribed in error, please submit a support request so we can help re-subscribe you.

  4. You are not listed in the NACC Directory. If you are affiliated with an ADRC, your ADRC Administrator should have added you to the NACC Directory. Reach out to your Administrator and make sure they have added you.

If these fixes don’t work, please submit a support request to NACC and we will troubleshoot the issue for you.
